Outreach services for homeless and at-risk families in Sonoma County
Providing assistance for families and individuals, including unaccompanied youth, throughout Sonoma County
Our mission is to ease anxiety and discomfort for families that are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.

We greatly appreciate donations of cash as well as basic items that can be easily distributed.

We can use packaged dry foods within date code and bottled water. Also helpful are clean, gently-used coats and jackets and small blankets (thermal blankets are especially helpful). We can use diapers, wipes, personal care supplies (toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, soap, safety razors, and sanitary supplies) and small packs of laundry detergent.

Items that are most helpful are pre-paid gas and merchandise cards from grocery stores, general retail stores and clothing and home goods stores.

Pre-paid cards help people with ongoing daily necessities, such as driving to work, driving kids to school, and buying school clothes and supplies throughout the school year, and even obtaining clothing and shoes to prepare for a job interview. The cards also help to cover family expenses while children are out of school during the summer months.

Even a small donation of a few dollars can help us help those most in need here in Sonoma County.
